Life with the Leibrocks: Cruise!

Mommy and Daddy get a kid-free week away :)

What a blast! We felt like this was a second honeymoon. So. Much. Fun!

Cruise moments noted throughout the week on my phone:

Matt stripping down (his comfort zone :)) almost as soon as we entered the room and our steward guy entering with the luggage (Matt scampered into the bathroom just in time)

Titanic quotes. Best one was: M: I felt a shudder. J: we've likely thrown a propeller blade, that's the shudder you felt

Watching the notebook in bed on Valentine's Day

Water bike in the wind and the waves and matt saying he is never doing this again in my life. And yelling at Jess to pedal and Jess responding, I need an f$&ing break, okay?

Up on deck in the wind, Jess swimming and making Mattie belly laugh.

Swimming down on honeymoon beach, floating in the waves.

Arguing in the alleyway over buying the diamond pendant. (Which we ended up buying, and getting the deal of the century on!)

The food! Favs so far include, the flourless chocolate torte, creme brûlée, French onion soup, eggplant Parmesan, Waldorf salad, pizza, shrimp cocktail appetizer, chocolate dome pistachio dessert, pistachio pudding, cherry cheesecake, banana flambé.

Matt mumbling in a faux Italian accent while Jess and the waiter stared at him in disbelief.

Our flawless waiter chu chong (who Matt had a man crush on, out of respect he says)

Matt asking for some silverware as his farts were so thick and gagging in our little cube of a room.

Watching the bird dive down and catch a fish on the fairy to St. John.

Ultimate coolers and na mojitos (best mock tails around!)

Asian woman sitting at the wheel of fortune game for two days straight (literally night and day)

Cheering and celebrating $2 and $5 wins on the slot machines.

Matt playing around and ringing his water glass with a spoon and accidentally summoning the waiter (what an a hole!)

The worst pirate talk ever from a guy that clearly didn't want to be there.

Watching the old people dance : ) (and imaging that it will be us someday)

Seeing all of the families, and imagining how fun it will be to take our kids in a cruise someday

Jess running 21 laps (3 miles) in hurricane winds ( and breaking the world record running .75 miles in 2:24)

Talking to the baby girl on the phone and hearing how much fun she's having (and how she doesn't miss us at all!) (hi mama, are you on a boat? With daddy?) mommy asks brinley if she's going poopy and pee pee in the potty and she said yes, I only had one pee pee accident one time

Hunger games under the stars (while stuffing ourselves on buffet food)

The great root beer saga! Root beer!!!

2 hr nap before the last formal night (and is waking up to the alarm and thinking that it was morning)

Laughing like crazy at the crown grill (Matt trying to get me to spit out my water)

Dreaming of taking Brinley on a Disney cruise next year!

We were so excited!

Trying on the gigantic diamond ring that was hundreds of thousands of dollars. Oy vey!

It got quite windy out on top a few nights and this is what I looked like coming back to the room one night while we were "swimming" in the wind.

Sweet Brinley had fun at Grandpa Tom's and Grandma Robbin's and also Nana and BaPa's house while we were gone. We felt so blessed to have such great people to love on her so we could get a way!
