Life with the Leibrocks: Becca is 3 months old!

I feel like a broken record, but how are you three months old already, sweet girl?? It's so crazy how time flies.

You are definitely growing up little one. We haven't weighted you yet this month but I'd guess you are pushing 15 lbs.

You still eat every 2-3 hours but sometimes do go 4. Much to our dismay, you've also went back to eating every 4 hours or so at night too, which is a bummer because we were getting used to those long stretches! You are sleeping in your pack and play though vs. rock n play so we think that the transition as well as your 12 week growth spurt has caused this extra eating. Hopefully in the next couple weeks it will go back to the long stretches again. :)

You are still continuing to show us your personality, including getting mad in the evenings. Brinley never really had a witching hour but between 6 and 8 p.m. you can be quite fussy. You just love to be held though, and we don't mind indulging you.

Your smiles still light up our world though and we just love hearing your happy coos and giggles. Daddy was even belly laughing the other day when you were talking to him as you're just so darn cute!

You've been grabbing stuff more, although we haven't seen you officially grab at something. You do like to take your paci out of your mouth though and will hold it in your hand.

You've also started sucking on your thumb and it's the cutest thing ever! I guess you got too impatient waiting for us to give you your paci, ha! Very resourceful little one you are!

You are still so stinkin adorable but have lost the hair on the back of your head so you have quite the bald spot. We call you our little Charlie Brown, lol!

You are still not doing a whole lot of moving yet but are sitting occasionally in the bumbo chair and moving your arms and legs a lot in the swing or on the floor. You are very close to rolling over and I think you will in the next month. We have also tried putting you in the bouncer chair for short periods of time and while you don't love it as much as your sister did, you do like looking at the toys and have even pushed the buttons yourself.

I think your favorite person these days is your sister. You really love it when she talks or sings to you and even when she gets a bit aggressive with her hugs you are very tolerant. I hope that continues!

In other stats, you are 100 percent in 6 month clothes now and into a size 3 diaper.

Your reflux is gone, although you do spit up occasionally still, and you graduated from the chiropractor as she says your neck and hips all look great!

We've been busy this month too with a trip to the cabin as well as lots of fall fun. You were a trooper and came right along with us. You seem to love to be out and about and are happiest with lots of things going on around you.

Mommy is getting nervous as you will be starting daycare in a couple of months so I'm trying to enjoy all of the time with you that I can. We love you so much sweet girl and can't wait to see what's in store this month!
