March - Easter, Baptism

The highlights of March included surprising my Dad and Robbin and coming to Wisconsin to watch them get water baptized at their church. It was so cool as these were the first family members to get baptized by immersion.

We then had a great Easter and actually ended up going back to that same church.

I went to Orlando for a work conference and got to stay at the Four Season at Disney. It was really cool as I could see both the Magic Kingdom fireworks and Epcot fireworks from my window. It really made me want to do a family trip to Disney so Matt and I have one planned for the end of Oct. :)

Look at that little nut!

Poor sick baby :(

View from my hotel room
Almost seems wrong to have this awesome hotel room all to myself!

Creepy Rapunzel doll at the Disney gift shop at the airport
Sweet welcome home from my wonderful family!
Brinley liked those Irish looking cupcakes :) I also found it funny and a little ironic that they were Packer colors. LOL.
So cute. One morning she just decided a tutu was necessary for brushing her teeth.
Wisconsin with Nana and Bapa

Surprising my dad and Robbin for their baptism

She did it! So so cool to witness this and see the love my Dad and Robbin have for one another and for Jesus!

Praise Jesus!!! Before this, I was the only one in my immediate family to have been water baptized. So cool to see them take this step. Lots of tears of joy were shed!

T-ball fun at Quel's house

Greta and Brinley, BFFs!
Brinley buried Daddy :)

Silly girl!

Brinley's great photography skills

HUGE Easter egg hunt at Nana and Bapa's! They went all out. So fun watching Brinley find all of the eggs.
Easter was so fun this year as it was the first time that Brinley really started to understand what it was all about. In the weeks leading up to Easter she would learn about Jesus at Quel's house and Sunday school and we had lots of talks about Jesus dying on the cross. Then on Easter morning she learned that Jesus is alive and she ran out of her classroom exclaiming "Jesus is alive" with tons of enthusiasm. I gave her a big hug and tell her to go tell that to Nana as I wasn't sure that she knew. She ran up to Nana shouting "he's alive!!!" Such a sweet moment...

Trying to get a good family pic of us all dressed up :) 2/3 look good in all of them...

My handsome husband

Uncle James has a special spot in his heart for this little girl...

She sure loved running around that church!
The Easter bunny came to Nana's!
Easter bunny package came in the mail from Grandpa Tom and Grandma Robbin as well!

Work trip with April. Super fun as we started at the City of Eden Prairie together and were now working in the Boardroom of a Times Square office. Quite the change!
